THE LAST FOR THE YEAR




PANTS ON FRIAR
Peter was pleased with Friar's run, coming from behind, did well and did not disappoint.

HOPEFULLY PANTS ON FRIAR WILL RUN ON PERTH CUP DAY.

PETER WAS ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH HIS 25 WINNERS THIS YEAR, WHAT A FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE BY ALL THOSE HORSES AND TRAINERS.

A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE. 

In the New Year there are a lot of horses coming thru and Peter is hopeful that in March/April he may have some horses in t he Australian Derby and the Guineas.  EXCITING TIMES AHEAD.

 PETER LOOKS FORWARD TO THE OPENING OF THE PREMISES AT INNER MONGOLIA.

RACING THIS WEEK:


WEDNESDAY
PANTS ON FRIAR
Has been consistent, so lets hope Friar returns to a winning performance.


SATURDAY
ASCOT - RACE 6
SONGBURG
Very strong field now that Songburg has gone up a notch, hopefully will give its all.


SATURDAY
ROSEHILL GARDENS
ABBASSO
RACE 5 - 1900M
Has been a bit disappointing so this distance may suit.

MAYBE THE SCOREBOARD WILL INCREASE THIS WEEKEND!!





PERFECT WEATHER ON THE NIGHT
CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT
What a perfect night for it.  Peter said everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening, especially the kiddies.  Costa and Dakota were mesmerised with it all.

PETER APPLAUDS THE BUSSELTON BANK AND THE CHOIR FROM BUNBURY, THEY BOTH PUT ON A GREAT PERFORMANCE. 



SCHOOLS OUT
Peter is happy that his girls are home for the holidays, its a mad house with the full family there plus the grandkids in and out all day,  but thats the way Peter likes it with ALL THE LADIES TAKING CHARGE -or so they think!!!


THE WINERY
Peter is very pleased that the Wine Making facilities will be up and running by Xmas, then the Tasting Room is already to start in the New Year, making it August/September for its opening.

SUCCESSFUL CHINA TRIP

Hello and welcome everyone to this weeks news from Amelia Park.



I have to say - NOT AS EXCITING AS WEEKS GONE BY.


STILL, PETER SAID 25 ON THE BOARD, EVERYTHING NOW IS A BONUS!!!



LAST WEEKS RUNS:
Overall, all the races were disappointing.

ABBASSO, TONTO, SONGBURG.

Peter reported most of the horses will be having a spell after their campaigns.



THIS WEEK:

FRIDAY
BUNBURY
CANDOUR
Has been very disappointing on last runs, will make a decision after this run.

ASCOT
SAT 13TH
PANTS ON FRIAR
Hopefully Friar can make us proud.


XMAS PARTIES
Greg is having a Family Xmas gathering at his Farm on Saturday and the weather looks perfect for it.

The Barrier Draws are the Winners we hope TO MAKE IT ANOTHER NOTCH ON THE BOARD.

Peter arrives home from China on Saturday and we are looking forward to a lot of CELEBRATING.

The Farm is continuing in excellent condition, sadly the creek is nearly dry BUT THE MAGNIFICENT TREES ARE FLOURISHING.
