Peter returned on the weekend and said it was great catching up with friends and business partners and everything is coasting along as it should.  He was very happy with the trip.'

PETER SAID MOST OF THE TEAM HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS WHICH STANDS FOR HARD WORK, DEDICATION AND LOYALTY.

GREAT FAMILY WEEKEND

MELBOURNE WEEKEND

Peter said the only thing he enjoyed about Melbourne WAS BEING WITH THE FAMILY.  HAD SOME LOVELY DINNERS, SHOPPING AND CAUGHT UP WITH SOME FRIENDS.

Unfortunately NOT A GOOD WEEKEND WITH THE HORSES.


PETROLOGY - AUST. GUINEAS
Pulled up sore so Trainers will make a decision within next week or so.


HIGH SEAS
Sadly broke down

EUROSUN
SCRATCHED due to a cold, will hopefully be back on track next Wednesday.

TONTO
Jury still out waiting on next performance.

AS PETER SAID, IT HAPPENS!!!!!



CHINA
Peter flys out tonight for a weeks business.  Will inspect the new Project and also contact all his clients to catch up.

Peter is looking forward to taking the Family over and having them all help him CHEER ON PETROLOGY, WHO WILL GIVE IT A REAL GO.

RACE 2 - BARRIER 12

Unlucky draw so it needs to go exceptionally well to get to the line.

PINJARRA - THURSDAY

COUNTESS AMELIA - RACE 3

SLINGSBY - RACE 4

Both of these horses need to really show some clout if they are to continue.

TONTO was a bit disappointing last week, the jury is out until the next couple of starts to make a decision.

Peter had a terrific weekend being the PERFECT HOST AS USUAL.  He invited the CARLTON COACHING STAFF OUT FOR DINNER and spent a beautiful evening listening to the singing from The Lady on the Lake.  A really great night was had by all.
