WINNER & WEDDING

Hello everyone, we hope you all enjoyed your week and report as follows on our week, last and next.

TOP WEDDING DAY AT AMELIA PARK
What a day of celebrations! Kristy looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown and Jason came up a treat also. It was planned perfectly as the rain went and the sun shone just at the right time. We all had a great night with dancing and merriment, I believe a group stayed until dawn, which included Peter, so Sunday was a quiet day on the farm.
TO TOP OFF THE DAY ALMOHAD CAME HOME FIRST. The Wedding group cheered him home SO MORE CELEBRATIONS.
Kristy & Jason headed off on Sunday to Bali to be spoilt by the staff at Tanah Lot so we do hope they are enjoying their Honeymoon.

SANDOWN
EUROPA POINT - SECOND
Peter thought the horse should have won, we think the jockey went to sleep towards the end but still happy with the result. Time for a spell now and then hopefully will move up to Sydney for group races in the near future.

REPRISAL - DISMAL
Very flat today, not sure where we are going with this horse, still pondering.

SATURDAY - 21st AMELIAS GLORY
Looking forward to a good run this week to show future prospects.

BUNBURY - OUR JOCKEY
Kevin ran a great race to bring home 3rd, he is really progressing well and Peter is behind him all the way.

CHINA
Peter is off on an exciting trip next week with Jeremy Gordon. Peter has formed a joint Partnership with Jeremy who is well known for collecting the Jimmy Watson Medal Award for BEST WINEMAKER IN AUSTRALIA. Peter will be introducing Jeremy to China and discussing the AMELIA PARK WINE for them to import next year. Peter is very excited with this new Venture as well as during next year having a vineyard with a Restaurant under the guidance of World known chef NEIL JACKSON.

AMELIA PARK
Experienced a freak storm last week that lasted for hours. Luckily no damage and the creek was gushing through the next day so I am happy it will be running a lot longer. The Alpacas all had their hair cuts yesterday so looking very thin and ragged but great for the Summer ahead.
All the big trucks are back again, finishing off the entrance road to Annies house so the cars wont have to be cleaned as often now.

Thats this weeks news and Peter will report from China next week.

regards
Shelley
