TOMORROWS CHAMPIONS

EARLY MORN AFTER

THEIR FIRST THUNDERSTORM

Greetings everyone, apologies for the late report this week.

PINJARRA 14TH MARCH

AMELIAS DANCER - 1ST

Fantastic result for a FIRST RACE, FIRST WIN. Peter sends congratulations to his Co-Owners - Percy from Singapore in his first horse (other than the Amelia Park Syndicate) and Patto from the Phillipines. On the grapevine it is whispered that not only did they have a nice collect but some of their colleagues had very substantial wins and with that they are off to DUBAI to enjoy the racing and recreation. Peter was thrilled for all and great to see people enjoying their racing. Lou said this horse has still to fully mature yet so wont have many more starts but come 6 months time he said this will be a very, very good horse.

ASCOT SATURDAY 27TH

BLACK HABIT - RACE 4

CHINA BAY - RACE 8

Peter is Sponsoring Race 5 for Amelia Park and will enjoy a day with his family on Saturday and hopefully watch these horses make a good showing.

EASTERN STATES:

EUROPA POINT

Has now been taken to Sydney to continue his campaign. The horse is still undergoing some knee treatment but is getting back to form.

REPRISAL - SOUTH AUSTRALIA MORPHETVILLE 27TH MARCH
David Hayes is hoping Reprisal will shine through in this race.

MS. CHIEF BOUND - will be trialling on Friday at Randwick. Gai Waterhourse is eager to see how this horse performs.

THE YOUNGSTERS

Some of them pictured above, are doing excellent and eagerly learning the ropes. Luckily the thunderstorm didn't seem to cause them any worry.

LUCIANI STABLES

Dion reported to Peter the following Horse Movements.

RED TIME RUNNER and AMELIAS GLORY are both being prepped and are doing very nicely.

MASTER SECRET - should be running next Wednesday, will keep you posted.
AMELIA PARK
We had a Storm Warning come thru on email so we battened down for the night. Fortunately we had no damage just some rumbling and LOVELY RAIN, mind you it makes for extra growth and extra mowing.
Lou is back to his 2nd home and spending a lot of time pre-training and helping the staff with full stables.
Peter came home from his business trip to South Africa. He commented that David Rodwell and Rita treated him like a King at their beautiful home in Cape Town. He has some wonderful friends there and managed to catch up with some socialising (in between Business) - apparently every night he was wined and dined. I thought he looked a little tired on his return.
I hope we all enjoy our week of racing and look forward to reporting with good results next week.
regards
Shelley
