Hello and welcome everyone to this weeks News from Amelia Park.

YEARLINGS YEARLINGS EVERYWHERE

.

AMELIA PARK
PARADE DAY
THURSDAY 4PM
Please feel free to come and watch the Yearlings being paraded including refreshments, they are fun to watch.
Followed by a barbecue, please advise for catering.

The young ones are all performing well and Peter said there will be a lot of 1st ups coming thru soon.

RACING SATURDAY
ASCOT - RACE 4
EUROSUN
Peter said by all accounts should be hard to beat!!

TONTO - 5TH
Peter was disappointed with the run, the Jockey said the horse definitely did not like the soft track, came home well but to late.

PERTH SALES
Peter would like everyone to know that he will be sharing a Tent with Goldfront at the Sales and ALL ARE WELCOME to come for a chat and refreshment.
Peter will be there from Saturday onwards.

Peter has been very impressed with the Preparation of the horses under the guidance of Alli Giles and her team.  They are certainly dedicated to the horses well being.

BACK TO SCHOOL
Jesse returned this week, happy but sad as was Peter and Annie after having her home for a good stretch.  Jesse put in a lot of hours working under Alli with learning the preparation and handling of the Yearlings, Peter was very impressed with her responsibilities she undertook.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM
Peter welcomes DANE to the Amelia Park Team and brings with him experience in all facets of ground keeping.  So far - very good!!

JAPAN
Both Sammi and Jobe and Leah and Josh have all landed in Japan.  A lot of snowboarding happening.
Peter said yes funny how the kids holiday and the Dad works!!!!!

FIRST DAY AT KINDY
Peter said Costa was beaming when he attended his first day.  I think Tegs was a bit upset but she will get over it - as all Mums do apparently in time!!!!   Now just the girls home!

Peter has a lot of travelling to do in the next couple of months so there will be lots of news.

ENJOY YOUR RACING EVERYONE AND HOPEFULLY SEE YOU AT AMELIA PARK ON THURSDAY!!

regards

Shelley
