WHAT A FEAST

Hello everyone and welcome to our News Update.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU EAT
Our Wonderful Boss Peter took his staff and some friends (25 in total) to a Chinese Banquet this week.
He had pre ordered so as soon as seated - THE FOOD STARTED ARRIVING.
I lost count of the dishes that were presented ( I think I missed a few courses as couldn't keep up. It was all superbly presented and the staff very efficient and obliging. We again thank Peter for his generosity.
The Cellar Door was opened after Dinner and don't know the time it was closed!!!

NO MORE POTHOLES
At last our gravel road has been repaired by the Shire. It has been weeks and we have been contending with major potholes. This part of the road is public and we were always waiting for someone to come to grief, especially at night when it is deathly dark. The riders have also been very careful when bringing the horses to and from the track along this part of the road as they get spooked easily. We hope no more potholes for a while.

AMELIAS DANCER
BELMONT SATURDAY
Dancer has been freshened up and will run the 1600m which they feel is better suited to the Miler. Good Luck to all.

AMELIA PARK
Peter will again be in the dungarees tomorrow and doing the Fertilising shift. All the dogs on the farm are having a ball following behind, I think Peter must put a little extra there for them.

Saturday Peter is off to Perth to help Vangie Kailis celebrate her 50th Birthday at their Restaurant, Peter is really looking forward to the night. They may also have a double celebration if Dancer comes over the line.

Next week will see a busy schedule for Peter hosting Clients arriving from Russia and Germany for a few days.
After they leave Peter will fly down to Esperance to catch up with more clients, HE MAKES ME GIDDY!

ITALIAN COOKING by DION
Peter will report to me on the Dinner that Dion is preparing tonight at the Guest House. I can then promote his skills to you next week.

Enjoy your week everyone and happy racing.

regards

Shelley
