BEAUTIFUL FOAL BORN ON THE FARM

This is as close as Mum would allow me!!
More close ups to follow

Hello and welcome everyone to this weeks News at Amelia Park.

JESSICA'S NEW FRIEND
It started last week with Jess and Tegan having sleep outs waiting for the birth.  But Mum had to wait until the early morning when no-one was about and missed it all.  It must have been approximately 5am, what a clever Mum and what a gorgeous Colt. Isn't everything beautiful at birth!!!
Many hours of fun ahead for Jess.

APOLOGIES
I do apologise to Annie and Tegan, I had their Birthdays around the wrong way, so I will start again.

BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES TO ANNIE FOR 22ND, I believe she had a wonderful day with Family and doesn't remember what time her bed was calling.  Our Birthday Drink together has to wait!

TEGAN ON THE 26TH - we all hope you have a lovely day and Brett spoils you.!!

OWEN - 30TH the last of a long line
Happy Birthday Wishes to our Stable Manager, have a good one Owy!!

KALGOORLIE - BOULDER CUP
AMELIAS DANCER - 2ND
Peter was pleased with the outcome.  Dancer put in an enormous finish seeing he had more trouble than Ned Kelly on the inside lane.  Dancer is used to the outside and does a magnificent job out there.  The next races hopefully  he will go back outside where it suits.

BELMONT
SATURDAY
MAKE YOUR MOVE - RACE 2, 1400m
Has drawn well and interested to see how it handles the 1400.  Good luck to Jason Brown who is taking the reins until Jason Whiting returns.

DREAM MERGER - RACE 1 1000M
Another Syndicate Horse to the track so all eyes will be on Race 1 & 2 on Saturday.RIO MOONLIGHT
Had an ordinary run, will give it another go and then maybe will train at Amelia Park and get some Bunbury races.

TESTA ROSSA
Is currently in the Stables and should prove a great distance runner as a 3 y.old.

Peter commented that he is confident the Syndicate Horses will prove successful with still more experience and age to follow.

AFL
WATCH OUT MELBOURNE - BRETT & SAM ARE ON THEIR WAY
WE ARE LOOKING TO ROB WILEY TO LOOK AFTER THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

80TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
Brett & Samantha had a wonderful day with Mum and all the family, celebrating at the Tavern.  Some of them were certainly stayers (lots of stories and memories talked about).

GREAT RAINFALL
We are certainly enjoying the Spring Rains, wonderful for the paddocks, feed and dams - not to mention THE CREEK!

MORE TO ARRIVE
2 Containers will arrive next week FROM CHINA full of furniture for THE HOUSE.
It is getting very close now - lots of work being completed.  HOW EXCITING - I CANT WAIT FOR THE INVITE.

BEST OF LUCK TO THE
SYNDICATE OWNERS

HAPPY RACING EVERYONE
