A GREAT 3RD AT NORTHAM CUP

Hello and welcome everyone to this weeks News from Amelia Park.

AMELIAS DANCER
3RD AT NORTHAM CUP
Peter was very happy with Dancer's run.  It did not suit him at all the way that it was raced but Jason did a fantastic job and bought him home finishing only 1 length away from the Winner.  Well done Jason, only you could have rode that race on Dancer.

PREPARING FOR ASCOT GOLD CUP - 10TH NOVEMBER
Dion will monitor Dancer's races, he is a great horse and had a fantastic career todate so hopefully he will be a goer for the Gold Cup.
Peter is taking the Limo for its yearly sojourn with Barry at the helm, I feel for him as it will be a long day with passengers Walshy, Wanga, Noel & Adrian.

MAKE YOUR MOVE
Peter  will have a meeting with Dion to map out its ongoing program.

CANDOUR
Had a great Trial and should be in line for a race very soon at Ascot.

NEW FOALS
More arriving each day.  A new one from the Best Stallion - Fastnet Rock/Hifalutin.  A georgous Filly from Yoedeller/Saxon. And more to come!! Eagerly awaiting the Fastnet Rock/Gambei foal to arrive.

WELL EARNED HOLIDAY
Owen is finally taking a break and flew to Bali.  He certainly deserves a good break, it has been full on for him since taking over the reins.  As Peter says - all the staff do a wonderful job and support Owen.

THE AMELIA PARK FLU
Peter is finally recovering after a month of sickness, but sadly others on the Farm are now suffering, its a nasty one.

ROB WILEY SETTLES IN
Peter said Rob has now settled in at Carlton and all is progressing well for him.  We can't wait for the Season to begin and give our full support to Rob.

THE HOUSE
Carpets going down, Furniture going in - getting    C L O S E R!!!

ANNUAL BUSSELTON SHOW
Peter is taking Jessica and friend to this weekends Show.  I hope he goes in the day and not the night!!!  I will see how many rides he went on.

AMELIA PARK IS LOOKING LUSH AND PICTURE PERFECT.

ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND and look forward to next weeks report.

regards

Shelley
